HOW DOES THE SERVICE WORK?
First of all get in touch via email hello@virtuallystyledby.com or fill out our enquiry form here and we’ll have a chat about what it is you’re after - whether it’s a capsule wardrobe, holiday wardrobe, workwear, weekend away etc. We’ll ask questions about what you feel confident wearing, your body shape, insecurities, favourite brands & colours, your budget; the list goes on! We will then go away and do the hard work for you, finding the best suited pieces for you. Not only that, but we’ll pop them in a lookbook showing how to style them! Click here to see examples. This creates the perfect resource to keep on your phone/laptop/iPad to refer back to when getting dressed!
ARE THE CLOTHES INCLUDED IN THE COST?
The fee is for the service; the consultation, styling and bespoke lookbook! The clothes will be an additional cost - within the consultation we will ask you for a budget and this is what we will stick to when finding your pieces.
IF I DON’T LIKE SOMETHING YOU’VE CHOSEN, CAN I RETURN IT?
Yes! We offer 2 rounds of feedback per lookbook. So, if we send it across and there are any pieces you feel aren’t quite right we will find alternatives. Similarly, if something arrives and it isn’t what you were expecting, we will find an alternative piece then for you also!
CAN YOU WORK WITH STAPLE ITEMS ALREADY IN MY WARDROBE?
Absolutely! We will always ask if there’s anything in your current wardrobe that you love and want us to include, especially bigger items such as your everyday handbag or coat. If you can provide us with links to said items that’s also really helpful!
CAN YOU STYLE ME FOR A SPECIAL EVENT?
Yes, we offer event styling also! Just get in touch and let us know your specific needs.
HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED?
If you have a specific event or holiday in mind, try to get in contact with us 1-2 months prior. Our turn around time is generally about 3-4 weeks, so the longer we have to get you booked in, the better!
CAN YOU STYLE SOMEONE IN ANOTHER COUNTRY?
Yes! For most brands we can access sites from which ever country you are in, making it really easy for you to order the pieces & also weather appropriate!
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer full refunds. We offer two rounds of feedback on your look book free of charge should you be dissatisfied.
If the service still does not meet agreed upon objectives we are able to offer a refund of 50%. This is our cancellation charge to cover time spent creating your look book.
